Cleaning and maintenance of plumbing fixtures. |
Toilets and hand sinks within the restroom areas |
utilized by employees and store patrons were dirty. Such areas and plumbing fixtures should be cleaned as often as necessary. |
The floor within the first restroom area was flooded with water. Not sure if water was from an overflowing toilet or if it |
came from outside flooding that entered from under the side exit door. The Store Mgr. is having this investigated. She will |
also have the restrooms cleaned. |
3717-1-06.4.H: Cleaning and maintenance of plumbing fixtures. Plumbing fixtures such as handwashing sinks, toilets, and |
urinals shall be cleaned as often as necessary to keep them clean and maintained. |
